BIOGRAPHY
Ludy Sweeris-Sigrist
One evening at seven years of age Dutch-Indonesian-Swiss-Italian born
Ludy Charles Sweeris-Sigrist was ‘lured’ out of his bed by the most attractive and beautiful music and melody on television, only to listen to and watch this amazing singer perform a European hit song at the time. Only little did he know that the effect of the combination of the melody, lyrics and accompaniment would follow and touch his soul all through his life.
From Rocco Granata 1960’s hit ‘Buona, buona notte’ in the Netherlands to John Williamson’s ‘Waltzing Matilda’ in Australia, Ludy has developed his art as a Musician, Singer and Entertainer like no other.
The credits of his artistic and musical background as a singer, musician, actor, and producer, his ability to captivate his listeners with multi-lingual renditions of many songs, as well as his qualifications as a teacher in voice and as a classroom music specialist, make Ludy that musician, singer and entertainer of exceptional talent which consequently extends his popularity to people of all ages and ethnic backgrounds.
